Swap your morning coffee with this matcha (powdered green tea) latte recipe for an antioxidant boost. I recently discovered Oatly oat milk. They have a variety called “Barista” which froths up really nicely. Give it a try!
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond, soy, oat, or rice milk
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Agave syrup
- Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering.
- Pour the boiling water, matcha powder, and hot milk into the blender, and blitz until frothy.
- Pour into your cup and add agave to taste.
